Fertility Update!

Antioxidants may help boost fertility in men who are less fertile than average (study from University of Auckland) Researchers reviewed 34 studies, involving almost 3,000 couples seeking fertility treatments. Results showed that antioxidant use by men increased the odds of conception fourfold. In addition, men who took antioxidant supplements were 5 times more likely to have partners who gave birth to a live baby.
