Chinese Sauce

  • ¼ cup Sesame Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. Fresh Ginger, diced
  • 3 ½ cups Water
  • 5 Tbsp. Arrowroot powder
  • 1/3 cup Tamari
  • ½ cup Mirin (or Barley Malt)

Place all ingredients in blender until smooth. Heat in saucepan until creamy.

Pour over vegetables on wok.
