Chinese Sauce ¼ cup Sesame Oil 6 cloves Garlic, chopped ¼ tsp. Fresh Ginger, diced 3 ½ cups Water 5 Tbsp. Arrowroot powder 1/3 cup Tamari ½ cup Mirin (or Barley Malt) Place all ingredients in blender until smooth. Heat in saucepan until creamy. Pour over vegetables on wok.
